Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website or hiring Wolves Lawn Care & Landscaping (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided, including online scheduling, consultation, payment, and property work. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

2. Service Area

We currently operate in southern Wisconsin, including but not limited to Janesville, Beloit, Edgerton, Milton, and surrounding areas. Availability is subject to scheduling and may change without notice.

 

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • All pricing (e.g., $40 fertilizing, $50 mowing, $100 landscaping design) is based on standard lot sizes.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on property size, condition, and requested service scope.

  • Written or digital estimates are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

     

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, check, or secure digital payments (e.g., PayPal, Square).

  • A late fee of $25 may apply to invoices unpaid after 10 days.

     

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

  • Severe weather or unsafe conditions may result in automatic rescheduling without penalty.

     

6. Liability Disclaimer

While we take great care in providing our services, Wolves Lawn Care & Landscaping is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing property damage, underground utility lines, or unmarked irrigation systems.

  • Damage caused by client failure to disclose obstacles or hazards.

  • Delays or cancellations due to weather, illness, or equipment failure.

     

7. Warranty of Service

We guarantee that our services will be provided professionally and in good faith. If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 3 days of service for a potential touch-up or resolution. Refunds are issued only at our discretion

8. Use of Website

The website and its content are for informational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without written consent. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of site information and reserve the right to change it at any time.

 

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected solely for service fulfillment and communication. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

 

10. Wisconsin Consumer Protections

We follow all relevant Wisconsin state laws, including Wis. Stat. § 100.18 (Misrepresentation in Advertising). We do not make false claims about our services and strive for full transparency in pricing and expectations.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Rock County, Wisconsin.

 

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here and become effective immediately upon publication.
