Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

At Wolves Lawn Care & Landscaping, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional service. If you're not satisfied with the results of your lawn care or landscaping service, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service was not performed due to an error on our part (e.g., missed appointment).

  • Service was incomplete or failed to meet reasonable expectations based on the service agreement or quote.

  • Damage was caused by our team, and proper documentation (photos, written report) is provided within 72 hours of service.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services canceled less than 24 hours in advance (see our cancellation policy).

  • Situations where property conditions (e.g., obstacles, overgrown grass, poor drainage) were not disclosed at time of scheduling.

  • Dissatisfaction reported more than 3 days after service completion.

  • Changes in personal preference after service is completed as agreed.

  • Weather delays or reschedules, as these are out of our control.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

  • Cash or check refunds may require in-person signature or verification.

How to Request a Refund

call (608) 322-7703 within 3 business days of your service. Include:

  • Your name and service address

  • The date of service

  • A description of the issue

  • Any supporting photos (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
